Eastern Composite Services Named 2023 Service Provider of the Year by CIM-NL

St. John’s, N.L.— Eastern Composite Services (ECS) was named the 2023 Service Provider of the Year by the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum Newfoundland and Labrador (CIM-NL) at the Mineral Resources Review Conference and Exhibition on November 1. This recognition underscores ECS’ exceptional contributions and dedication to the mining industry, emphasizing the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

The Service Provider of the Year Award is bestowed annually to a service provider or team that has made significant contributions to more efficient and effective exploration through the development and innovation of their services. The CIM-NL acknowledged ECS for its unwavering commitment to providing innovative service and repair solutions, which have established the company as an indispensable asset in Newfoundland and Labrador’s mining sector. This recognition particularly highlights ECS’ close working relationship with Vale’s Long Harbour Processing Plant (LHPP).
