Alicia Follett is Eastern Composite Services’ new Operations Lead

After nearly a decade of working various roles; fulfilling increasingly responsible positions in the heavy construction and manufacturing industries, Alicia Follett joins us as our Operations Lead.

Alicia brings solid process planning credentials to her position, combining excellent technical know-how with a track-record of innovative, problem-solving skillsets.

ECS will no doubt benefit from Alicia’s hands-on experience, as well as her familiarity with scheduling, maintenance, work monitoring and ongoing quality assurance.

As a proven team-player, Alicia is a welcome addition to our group of ECS employees, who are similarly dedicated to continual improvement on behalf of our customers.
