Anaconda - Ball Mill Feed Pipe Fabrication and Rubber Lining

Anaconda’s existing Ball Mill Feed Pipe was ceramic coated and did not penetrate far enough into the mill. This allowed for backsplash of escaping slurry and caused premature deterioration where the mill rotated onto the pipe.

Eastern Composite Services custom-made a Ball Mill Feed Pipe to tight specifications and added a natural rubber lining, both inside and out-, to prevent wear and tear.

The combination of specialized fabrication together with using durable materials has ensured a long-term solution for Anaconda.
